Make sure to order M4-6-5.5 (length 6mm) screws for stacking slides directly.

Nut and screw loosening is a common issue due to vibrations or movement. The simple solution is to apply a small amount of Loctite Blue 242 or 243 to the threads of the nut or screw to prevent loosening.
